Big changes are coming in how Citizenre is going to charge people for their systems. I was kinda freaked when I first heard about it.... mainly because I have learned a little piece at a time as Citizenre has progressed and what I have learned is "the way it is" in my mind because I have been so focused on what I have learned and was steadfast in my representation. The first thing I thought of was 200 phone calls to customers and wondering how to word that "things had changed" many customers have shown concern over Citizenre being able to change the terms for their FRA's like first thought they had was that suddenly they had to pay way more than told.

I always assure customers that if there were any changes Citizenre would make sure they are fair and in favor of the customer and if they are in any way not satisfied with the new terms they can cancel their FRA and receive their deposit.

 Customers always have a choice and I know that the way David Gregg does things the customers best interest is in mind. Without customers Citizenre would just be a dream and David realizes that. It really shows in the way this change is coming about. He is making the charges a lot simpler and easier to understand.

Solar Trains!!!

Since trains are powered by electricity from diesel generators.... I think it would be an awesome idea to put solar panels on all those roofs of trains to power them by the sun during the day! I can dream anyway!!!
