I I do not consider myself an expert on health but, I have learned a lot of things along this journey of life and feel good about being able to share what has worked for me, as well as sharing news I feel could help others lead a healthy life.

I am a Cancer Survivor. A diagnosis done in May of 2010 showed I had an elevated PSA level of 32 and was told that there should be concern about anything over a level of 8.

I was horrified at first, I have lost some very dear friends from cancer and immediately started researching alternative treatments. I instantly changed my eating habits and try to stay as organic as I can in what I put into my body. We are already organic gardeners so that helps a lot, and I buy only grass fed beef with no growth hormones or any other funky mad-scientist crap!

After failing the alternative cures I couId find/try/afford, failed, and I ended up not having much choice and was convinced to go into surgery in July 2010 where they were going to remove 8-pieces of cancer. The Dr. seemed confident that he could remove the pieces and make me cancer free.

When I woke up from the surgery, I was told that instead of just taking pieces, they had removed my prostate gland! Again pretty sure all the cancer was removed. Well, it wasn't! I ended up going to the North Puget Sound Cancer and with the awesome help of the people there helping me find financial help, to get me through some radiation treatments. My PSA was at a 42 count by this time and I underwent 36 radiation treatments. Even after the radiation... I will have to do some research but believe my PSA count was at 10.

I still feel like I have been stir fried below my stomach from the radiation treatments.

I just had a new PSA test after trying what I learned from the video below for a month and my count was 0.3!!! Basically... there are healthy 4 year-old kids with a higher count than that. Basically everyone has "some" cancer in their bodies.

If you know anyone fighting cancer, HIV, hepatitis, or basically any other disease. Please share this with them.
